REFUND_POLICY

For project-based work, payments are typically tied to milestones. If a project is cancelled mid-way, payment for completed milestones is non-refundable. Deposits are non-refundable once work has been initiated.

4. Digital Products
Digital products and templates that have been delivered are non-refundable. If a digital product is defective, we will repair or replace it at no additional cost.

6. Exceptions

TERMS_OF_SERVICE

Upon full payment, all intellectual property rights for custom-developed work transfer to the client. LoomByteWorks retains ownership of pre-existing tools, frameworks, and methodologies used in project execution.

5. Limitation of Liability
LoomByteWorks shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

6. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with 14 days written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date.

7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Berlin, Germany.

8. Changes to Terms
LoomByteWorks reserves the right to modify these terms at any material changes will be communicated via email or posted on our website.
