REFUND_POLICY
1. General Terms
LoomByteWorks (13187 Berlin, Klaustaler Straße 5, Germany) provides digital services and products. Refund requests are evaluated based on the nature of the service and the stage of project completion.
2. Service-Based Refunds
For consulting and advisory services, refunds may be issued if the service has not yet been delivered. Once work has commenced, refunds are calculated proportionally based on the work completed.
3. Project Milestones
For project-based work, payments are typically tied to milestones. If a project is cancelled mid-way, payment for completed milestones is non-refundable. Deposits are non-refundable once work has been initiated.
4. Digital Products
Digital products and templates that have been delivered are non-refundable. If a digital product is defective, we will repair or replace it at no additional cost.
5. Refund Process

6. Exceptions
Refunds may be denied if: the service was delivered as agreed, the request is made after 14 days of service completion, or the client has breached the terms of service.
TERMS_OF_SERVICE

5. Limitation of Liability
LoomByteWorks shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with 14 days written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Berlin, Germany.
8. Changes to Terms
LoomByteWorks reserves the right to modify these terms at any material changes will be communicated via email or posted on our website.
